Who we are
marloth GmbH plans and builds automation systems for manufacturing companies: robot cells, special-purpose machines, adhesive bonding lines, machine vision and process integration. We work vendor-neutrally – with Dobot, Universal Robots, FANUC and ABB, among others – and every system leaves our Cologne workshop with a proper risk assessment and CE marking. Our group company SIGAMO GmbH covers low-cost automation, aluminium-profile frames and CNC machining.
Our customers include companies in the defence and automotive industries – sectors where documentation, repeatability and discretion matter.
What we do
- Automation & robotics: complete robot cells with enclosure, safety technology and CE marking – entry projects from €6,000.
- Products: automated loading of coordinate measuring machines (Wenzel, OGP, Mitutoyo, Keyence) and DOBOT cobots with transparent pricing.
- Manufacturing & assembly: CNC milling for prototypes and small series, machine frames and enclosures from Bosch Rexroth aluminium profiles.
- Service: commissioning support and emergency service for production line downtime – replacement parts from our own CNC shop in hours.
- Consulting: ERP introduction and PDM-to-ERP integration, based on 12 years of hands-on experience.
Transparent pricing
