marloth GmbH develops automation systems for industrial manufacturers. We take responsibility for the complete technical solution: process analysis, concept, mechanical and electrical engineering, robotics, controls, machine vision, safety, documentation, commissioning and ramp-up.
Our strength is not a particular robot brand. It is the ability to combine robotics, fixtures, sensors, software and the customer's production process into a system that works reliably in series. The same engineering team remains directly involved from the first assessment through commissioning.

- Machine loading and unloading: reliable handling between machines, trays, pallets and measuring equipment.
- Bonding, dispensing and joining: controlled application, documented process parameters and repeatable quality.
- Inspection and machine vision: presence, position and quality checks integrated into the production process.

How a project starts
A first automation check establishes whether the task is technically and economically plausible. When the process needs real engineering, we define it in a paid automation sprint: cycle time, interfaces, risks, concept and investment corridor. The result is a decision-ready basis before a larger project is commissioned.
Components and equipment for your own integration
If you want to automate yourself, our sister company SIGAMO GmbH is the appropriate supplier. SIGAMO provides cobots, EOAT, CNC parts, frames, preassembled modules and practical training for self-integrators and smaller robot integrators. marloth takes over when a complete application and its performance must be engineered and delivered as a project.
